Above and below the center area are two sets of through-hole connections for the power and control lines. To the left and right of the center area are two sets of through-hole connections for the data lines. The PC-3000 Flash supports 8-bit and 16-bit Flash memory.
BGA, VBGA, LGA, TSOP, & TSSOP Soldering Modules
Also included with the Multi-Board are two additional soldering modules. One supports BGA-152 and VBGA-100 Flash memory chips, while the other supports LGA-52 BGA chips, TSOP-48 DIP, and TSSOP-48 DIP chips. The modules also contain many through-hole soldering connections for various important data, power, and ground lines.
