The AceLab PC-3000 Flash is the world’s premiere data recovery system for Flash memory devices. Capable of communicating directly with the Flash memory core, the PC-3000 Flash can extract data from the most severely damaged drives, cards, and chips. Undoubtedly, the adapter that works on the widest range of memory devices is the PC-3000 Flash Multi-Board.
The PC-3000 Flash Multi-Board consists of a main Multi-board adapter with a large socket for accepting a 3 different types of replaceable modules. The modules themselves are rectangular printed circuit boards (PCBs) to which BGA, other surface mount, and monolith Flash memory chips may be soldered to.
There are many advantages in using small, easily replaceable modules. Firstly, being small and flat, they are easy to solder directly to. Secondly, their small size reduces signal noise and increases data reading stability. Third, being inexpensive, the modules can be kept with each job until completed. Lastly, the modules are high quality and can be reused many times.
PC-3000 Flash Multi-Board Adapter
The Multi-Board Adapter connects the PC-3000 Flash Power Adapter with the replaceable soldering modules. The soldering modules connect using a simple insertion socket with spring-loaded metal clips on the sides. The socket also contains a notch on one side, preventing the insertion of the soldering modules upside down. The Multi-Board also contains 5 different status LED lights to visually notify the user what power rails are present.
The Monolith Soldering Module works with all types of monoliths including SD card, MicroSD card, and USB Flash drives. The center of the module hosts the monolith. Above and below the center area are two sets of through-hole connections for the power and control lines. To the left and right of the center area are two sets of through-hole connections for the data lines. The PC-3000 Flash supports 8-bit and 16-bit Flash memory.
BGA, VBGA, LGA, TSOP, & TSSOP Soldering Modules
Also included with the Multi-Board are two additional soldering modules. One supports BGA-152 and VBGA-100 Flash memory chips, while the other supports LGA-52 BGA chips, TSOP-48 DIP, and TSSOP-48 DIP chips. The modules also contain many through-hole soldering connections for various important data, power, and ground lines.
The ACELab PC-3000 Flash with the Multi-Board Adapter is the best kit in the world today for extracting data from damaged and non-functional Flash memory devices. Engineered to reduce signal noise and increase signal stability, the Multi-Board Adapter has the highest probability of recovering the most amount of data from the most severely damaged Flash memory.
