This video demonstrates IT-SD sanding a MicroSD Flash memory card (no music) using a fine tip fiberglass pen. This process exposes the data and control lines located on the surface of the underside of the memory card that are used to communicate directly with the Flash memory core. The entire sanding process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
It is recommend to wear gloves and work atop a paper towl as many tiny fiberglass shards are produced. Also, the bare copper will oxidize with time. Consider coating the exposed copper with solder or conformal coating to prevent oxidation and damage.
